Our Supervision & Mentoring Services
Individual Supervision for Paediatric Occupational Therapists
Available with Rebecca, Leah or Brydie – $170+GST for 60mins
Individual supervision offers tailored, in-depth support aligned with your experience, role, and professional goals.
This may include:
- Case formulation and intervention planning
- Supporting complexity, disability, trauma, and family systems
- Professional identity development and confidence building
- Navigating systems, reports, boundaries, and workload demands
- Reflective practice and clinical decision-making
Individual supervision is available for clinicians at all stages of their career and can be short-term, ongoing, or goal-focused.
Group Supervision for Occupational Therapists (Paediatrics)
Our group supervision sessions provide a safe, collaborative space for paediatric occupational therapists to reflect, learn, and grow together.
Groups are intentionally kept small (2–5 clinicians) to support depth of discussion, psychological safety, and meaningful professional connection.
These sessions are responsive and flexible, shaped by the shared needs of the group and the common threads emerging across participants’ caseloads. Supervision focuses on real clinical work, allowing therapists to step back, reflect deeply, and strengthen their reasoning alongside peers.
Group sessions may include:
- Exploration of common patterns, challenges, and themes across caseloads
- Guided clinical reflection and collaborative problem-solving
- Case discussions to support decision-making and intervention planning
- Topic-based learning informed by the needs and priorities of the group
- Space for connection, reassurance, and reduction of professional isolation
Topics are guided by what the group needs most at the time, ensuring supervision remains relevant, practical, and grounded.
Custom Group Supervision (Bring Your Own Group)
Clinicians are welcome to form their own supervision groups.
This may include:
- A small group of colleagues
- Friends working in similar clinical areas
- Therapists working within the same organisation or team
If you already have 2–5 clinicians who would like to engage in group supervision together, we can work with you to create a custom group tailored to your shared needs, caseloads, and goals. Topic focus, session structure, and frequency can be shaped collaboratively to ensure the supervision is meaningful and useful for everyone involved
If you are interested in forming a custom group, please get in touch to discuss availability and options.

Report Writing Support for Clinicians (NDIS)
$170+GST per hour
High-quality NDIS reports take time, focus, and specialist clinical writing skills, resources that are not always available within a busy caseload. Our report support service helps clinicians produce clear, professional, and timely NDIS reports without added stress. Report support is available for NDIS reports across any client age group and any presentation, including complex and high-support needs.
This service is not limited by the supervision scope outlined above. We work alongside clinicians who need support completing assessments, structuring findings, or refining written reports for clarity, accuracy, and clinical impact. Support is confidential, ethical, and tailored to your needs.
Support may include:
• Supervision focused on NDIS report formulation and reasoning
• Proofing and editing for clarity, tone, and NDIS alignment
• Detailed mark-ups to strengthen structure and rationale
• Template and framework support
• Body doubling sessions to support completion
• Ghost writing support, based on your clinical data and input
You remain the clinician of record at all times. The aim is to support your work; not replace it.
Scope of Practice
Our supervision and mentoring services are grounded in paediatric and neurodevelopmental occupational therapy practice.
As a team, we do not provide supervision or report support in the following areas:
- Spinal cord injuries
- Traumatic brain injuries acquired after 5 years of age
- Hand therapy
If you are unsure whether your needs sit within our scope, we are always happy to discuss this with you prior to booking.
Meet the Mentoring Team

Rebecca Lockyer
Rebecca works with children and young people aged 0–25 years across a wide range of presentations, including neurodivergence, complex disability, rare chromosomal and genetic conditions, emotional regulation, toileting, handwriting, and functional participation. In supervision, Brydie brings warmth, depth, and developmental insight, supporting therapists to translate theory into meaningful everyday practice.
